Terms of Service

insightkAI helps independent hotels, resorts and boutique properties promote midweek stays, slow dates and open weekends. It combines live airfare from the cities guests fly in from with the property's own direct booking link, and generates marketing assets (email banners, Instagram Story graphics, copy, and a guest itinerary page).

insightkAI is a software and marketing-tools provider. We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, or seller of travel, and we do not take bookings or payments for flights or rooms.

Flight prices, schedules and room rates shown in the Service are snapshots collected from third-party sources and may be out of date by the time a guest views them. Nothing in the Service guarantees a price, a seat, or room availability. Guests complete bookings on the hotel's website and on Google Flights or the airline, and those transactions are governed by the terms of those providers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the room rate, perk and dates you enter or approve, and for honoring any offer you publish using the Service.

Your insightkAI campaign page is reached through a private link. Anyone who has the link can view and change the settings on that page, so share it only with people you trust. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your link.

Pilot is $79 per month. That rate is locked in for life: it does not increase for as long as the subscription stays active. Autopilot is $149 per month. Both plans include every feature of the Service. Prices for new subscriptions may change with notice on this site; a locked Pilot rate is not changed.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for how to cancel and how refunds work.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns for billing-related matters.

You keep ownership of the photos, text and branding you provide or select. You give us a limited license to host and display them to deliver the Service, including in generated graphics and social-preview images. You represent that you have the rights to use any photo you choose, including images retrieved from your own website.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or misleading advertising.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' pages or data, or to disrupt or overload the Service.
• Do not send unsolicited marketing to guests who have not agreed to receive it, and comply with applicable email and privacy laws when you contact people who submit their email through your page.

The Service relies on third parties such as Google (via SerpApi) for fare and hotel data, Supabase for data storage, and our Merchant of Record for payments. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular number of bookings or amount of revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, insightkAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
